As the old cliche says, "No task is done until the paperwork is done." While I don't consider cigar or pipe smoking a task, I do enjoy recording details about my hobby. If you're like me, then perhaps the following forms and data sheets will be useful tools for helping you keep accurate records about your hobby.

- Pipe Tobacco Rating/Review Criteria - Although not exactly a record-keeping form, this two-page document provides brief descriptions of six key areas for rating pipe tobacco and a suggested rating scale for those categories. Also contains a small table for recording important information about the tobacco being reviewed or rated.
